Nutritional Counseling

After the surgery, your nutritional needs will be very different. To aide you in this significant transition, nutritionist at Lexington Medical Center have worked with the physicians to develop a specific program for our patients. Prior to your surgery, and/or while in the hospital, the nutritionist will meet with you and discuss your needs individually.

Vitamins, Supplements and Nutritional Products

Supplemental nutrition will play a key role in supporting the physiological changes associated with your surgery. As a result, the Sough Carolina Obesity Surgery Center is prepared to help you make all the right supplement choices.

Personal Exercise/Training Program

The long-term success of this surgery will depend greatly on what you do to assist the weight-loss process. No matter how long it's been since you carried out a regular exercise regiment, our training experts can build a custom exercise program for you. This portion of the program includes a partnership with Health Directions from Lexington Medical Center, a membership discount with New Life Fitness, and discounted personal training rates.
