Benefits of Berries

With summer right around the corner, berries will be in season and ready to enjoy. Berries contain phytonutrients (plant derived chemicals) that have health benefits such as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits. Berries are full of nutrition, and of course, taste delicious.

Blueberries

The antioxidants in blueberries can protect nerve cells from oxidative damage; studies show that eating blueberries may help preserve memory and even slow down declines in other cognitive functions.
