Healthier choices- you will be happy you made them later!

Avoid excessive alcohol! Alcohol can lead to excessive calories that can quickly add up!

Nap & Rest. Be intentional in self-care.

Keep your routine (or at least part of them!) This includes mealtimes & exercising! Avoid making excuses just because it is the Thanksgiving holiday! Remember your goals & remember how much physical activity makes you feel better!

Skip the seconds and avoid overeating!
