Egg Facts

Protein - They are a great source of high quality protein and 7 grams per serving.  Many different ways to measure protein quality have been developed. According to the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS), whole egg, whey protein, casein and soy-protein concentrate all score 1 on a scale of 0 to 1. Whole egg exceeds all other protein foods tested with a score of 1.21 (above human needs) in the Amino Acid Score (AAS) rating system!
Amino Acids - Eggs have all 9 essential amino acids!
Choline - Eggs are rich in Choline which promotes normal cell activity, liver function and the transportation of nutrients throughout the body.
Eggs do not contain sugar, carbohydrates, gluten, added ingredients or preservatives!  They are also the least expensive source of high quality protein at 17 cents per serving!
You really can't get any better than that!
