SMART Goals

With the new year right around the corner, you are likely thinking about some resolutions for 2019. Often times, resolutions are unrealistic and unattainable. However, they don’t have to be. Below you will find some information on SMART goals that you might find useful as you plan for the new year.

S- Specific

  • Define your goal.

M- Measurable

  • Be sure that you can track your progress with your goal.

A- Attainable

  • Set a reasonable goal for yourself.

R- Relevant

  • Your goal should be worthwhile to you and consistent with your other goals.

T- Timely

  • You should establish a time in which you would like to achieve your goal.
