Looking for some healthy snack options? Look no further! Below are a few options for you to consider.

  • Cucumbers dipped in lite ranch dressing

  • Light string cheese (add dill pickles if desired)

  • Guacamole w/ veggies

  • Celery with peanut butter

  • Tuna in water pouch

  • Hard boiled egg

  • 1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese with ¼ cup of berries

  • Cheese (mozzarella/string cheese, part skim milk) with a few apple slices

  • Apple slices with peanut butter

  • 4 oz light yogurt ½ cup berries

  • Smoked salmon and cream cheese on cucumber slices

  • Lunch meat roll ups

  • Hummus filled egg white

  • Mixed nuts lightly or unsalted(1/4 cup)

  • Lite Greek Yogurt

Please keep in mind that we recommend 3 meals + 1-2 snacks per day. Your snacks should be planned and portioned out prior to eating them.
